Numerical weather guidance models support the intensification to Tropical Storm within the next 12-24 hours.As of this moment, southern bands of circulation of Tropical Depression 11W is now affecting the small islands of Batanes, Calayan and Babuyan and Southern Taiwan bringing widespread rains and thunderstorms. It is expected to have the maximum sustained wind of 83 kph as it approaches the Southeastern coast of China and make landfall tomorrow evening.
